From registration processes and schedule information to travel arrangements and presentation queries, we've compiled a comprehensive list of FAQs to ensure you have all the information you need for a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Registration can be completed online through our event and donor platform, Qgive, or on Eventbrite. Simply visit either one of these two, select your ticket type, and fill in the required information.

Yes, we offer early bird discounts, group discounts for parties of 5 or more, and special rates for non-profit organizations. Please check our registration page for more details.

Refunds are available until June 1st.  A small processing fee will apply. Please contact our support us for assistance.

The full conference schedule, including speaker sessions, workshops, and networking events, is available on our website. Details are added on an ongoing bases so make sure to sign up for our blog, The village News, so you don’t miss anything.

Yes, select sessions and keynotes will be available for virtual attendance. More information on how to join virtually will be available once your register.

The conference will feature several networking events, including a Young Professionals track, roundtable discussions, and an Awards GALA. Be sure to sign up for conference information for more details.

Yes. Just choose your ticket type in the checkout process.

It Takes a Village Conference & GALA: FAQ - International Edition

Visa requirements vary by country. We recommend checking with your local embassy or consulate for the most accurate and up-to-date information. Additionally, an invitation letter for visa purposes can be provided upon request after registration.

Yes, we can provide a letter of invitation to support your visa application. Please follow instructions on the International Visitors page for detailed information. 

All conference fees are quoted in $US. Payments can be made online using a credit card, which will handle the currency conversion for you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept direct payments in currencies other than $US.

While we do not directly book accommodations or transportation for attendees, we have partnered with the Hilton washington DC/Rockville Hotel to offer special rates. Visit our accommodations and travel pages for more information and booking links.

Yes, our catering services will offer a variety of meal options, including vegetarian, vegan, halal, and kosher choices. Please indicate any dietary restrictions during registration.
